Visiting this website

We use no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we set no cookies. Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and the details of each request to deliver the pages and to protect them from attacks, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your name, address and message only to reply, and, if we start working together, for that relationship. Our mailbox is hosted by Microsoft (Microsoft 365). We keep your messages for 12 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together.

Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or taking steps you ask for before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

Transfers outside the EU

Cloudflare and Microsoft may process data outside the EU. Both do so under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, and to correct, delete, restrict or port it, or object to how we use it. Write to contact@assessium.eu. You can also complain to Bulgaria's Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
